Our client aimed to maximise their backyard space by building a dual-purpose structure: a place for relaxation and entertainment, coupled with practical storage solutions. The brief was clear—a 7x3m log cabin that would serve as both a games room and a storage area.

- Timber Framed Base: We began with a robust timber-framed base, ensuring a solid foundation to support the structure.
- Roof and Floor Insulation: To provide year-round comfort, we installed high-quality insulation in both the roof and floor, keeping the interior cozy during winter and cool in summer.
- EPDM Rubber Roofing: For durability and weather resistance, we opted for EPDM rubber roofing. This material is known for its longevity and ability to withstand extreme weather conditions.
- Laminate Flooring: The interior boasts sleek, easy-to-clean laminate flooring, perfect for a games room environment.
- Painted Inside and Outside: To enhance aesthetic appeal and protect the timber, we meticulously painted both the interior and exterior.
