Timber Building Specialists - Garden Office Log Cabin
We're back to do a new roofing cover on a cabin from 10 years ago. This log cabin was a 8m x 4m sized TBS log cabin, which has been used as a fully functioning home office. The old roofing was starting to show its age, so we're happy to be able to freshen up the cabin with a new roof!
Roofing is an important part of any timber building, and it's something that we take seriously at TBS. We only use the best materials for our roofing, and our team is experienced in installi8ng all types of roofs. For this particular project, we're using cedar shingles. Cedar is a great material for roofing because it's durable and looks great. Plus, it's environmentally friendly!
We're also using special fasteners that are designed for cedar shingles. These fasteners have a neoprene washer that creates a watertight seal, preventing leaks.
We're almost finished with the roof, and we're really happy with how it's turning out. The new roof is going to give this cabin a fresh look that will last for years to come!
